he Sauce Factory, founded in 1994, is a privately held food manufacturing company based out of West Monroe, Louisiana. Our facility includes a state of the art production kitchen, warehouse, & business office. Our signature product line is known as Voodoo Bayou. Made in Louisiana, we make Voodoo Bayou Salsas in Hot, Medium and Mild. And if you're ready for a little extra backwoods magic, be sure and give our Jalapeno, Sweet Onion, Garlic and Cilantro salsas a try. Voodoo Bayou has also mixed up some sauces and marinades, including: our Original BBQ Sauce, Cajun BBQ Sauce, Chili Sauce and our original Cajun Marinade.

We now offer a variety of products under The Sauce Factory brand. These include our Marinara Sauce, Mediterranean Tomato Topping, Bruschetta, and Dipping Oil. You can also find many of our products under our America's Pantry brand.
